 at first , how to differentiate angina form mi 

mi : 

prolonged chest pain not relived by rest or nitrates (angesid)

associated autonomic symptoms like vomiting , sweating , dyspnea 

elevation of cardiac troponin and other enzymes 

more persistent dysrhythmia 

angina :

chest pain of shorter period and can relived by rest or nitrate 

no autonomic symptoms , just pale clammy skin , may tachycardia , hypertension

normal cardiac enzymes

temporary dysrhythmia
